Management 

We have a management team with over 20 years of experience with our company that is responsible for ensuring that our associates have the support and leadership necessary to foster a positive working environment that is reflected in the service we provide to our clients. 

Associates 

We are very proud of the members on our Provident Medical Telemessaging team.  Each member before joining our team of professional telephone assistants is required to pass several comprehensive tests to determine their competency in the basic skills required of the position.

Once a member of our team, a comprehensive training program is initiated.   As the new team member gains experience and skill they are elevated to higher levels of responsibility beginning with level 1.  Only when a team member has achieved level 5 status are they eligible to begin training for message dispatch and review.

Provident Medical Telemessaging has a continuing commitment to provide the highest level of quality in service.

Three times per year we test each team member in the following categories unique to the medical community:

            ¨            Terminology

            ¨            HIPAA compliance

            ¨            Message Dispatch and review

            ¨            Problem Solving

 We have built a Spanish/English Bi-lingual team that we believe is the best in Arizona.
